Terms and Conditions of Use

**1. Introduction**

- These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Tooth Stand In Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") to dental professionals and dental offices.

- By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

**2. Services Provided**

- **For Dental Professionals**: Tooth Stand In Solutions offers a platform to connect qualified dental professionals (temps) with dental offices seeking temporary staff.

- **For Dental Offices**: Tooth Stand In Solutions provides access to a pool of qualified dental professionals available for temporary work.

- TSIS is not an employer

 

**3. User Eligibility**

- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. You must qualify and have all credentials necessary per the State of FL.

 

**4. Account Registration**

- Both dental professionals and dental offices are required to register with TSIS to be able to use our services and signed our policy/contract which we will send you once you register.

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.

 

**5. Responsibilities of Users**

- **Dental Professionals**: 

   - You agree to provide accurate credentials and licensing information.

   - You are responsible for maintaining your professional conduct and ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

   - You agree to fulfill any accepted assignments as per the agreed-upon terms.

- **Dental Offices**:

   - You agree to provide accurate job descriptions and expectations.

   - You are responsible for providing a safe and professional work environment.

 

**6. Payment Terms**

- **For Dental Professionals**: Payment rates for temporary assignments will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be disclosed before each assignment.

- **For Dental Offices**: You agree to pay the agreed-upon rates for each dental professional provided by us, as outlined in our contract.

 

**7. Cancellation and Rescheduling**

- **For Dental Professionals and Dental Offices**- We have a NO cancelation policy- Temps, please only accept a shift if you are committed and Offices, please only request a temp when absolutely necessary. Please view our contract for more details. 

 

**8. Confidentiality**

- Both dental professionals and dental offices agree to respect the confidentiality of patient information and any proprietary business information shared during their interactions through Tooth Stand In Solutions.

 

**9. Liability and Disclaimers**

- We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a temporary placement, failure to meet performance expectations, or disputes between users.

- Tooth Stand In Solutions makes no warranties regarding the services provided by dental professionals or the expectations of dental offices however please communicate with the agency if there is a concerned.

 

**10. Termination**

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

 

**11. Governing Law**

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of FL.

 

**12. Changes to Terms**

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Tooth Stand-In Solutions, LLC provides a platform to help employers and candidates connect. Tooth Stand-In Solutions, LLC does not employ, or endorse any candidate or employer, nor is it responsible for the conduct or damages caused by any candidate or employer. Tooth Stand-In Solutions, LLC is merely a bridge between both. Individual users are solely responsible for screening and selecting appropriate candidates or employers for themselves and for complying with all applicable laws in respect to any working relationship they may establish.
